for Children, Youth and Adults

Christian Education at St. John’s is an integral part of our parish life.  Our children, youth, and adults develop a relationship with God and learn about our faith within the Christian Community. We strive to present loving and joyful learning environments which offer a variety of developmentally-appropriate experiences.  One may begin their study of the Christian faith at age three and continue their education through their lifetime.  This program allows each participant to explore the great stories of the Bible and how these lessons may be applied to everyday life. Classes focus on the Old and New Testaments, the seasons of the Church Year, while incorporating the study of the Sacraments, the Book of Common Prayer, church history, and tradition.  Visitors are always welcome!

Christian Education Classes are held on Sunday morning, from 9:15  a.m. until 10:15 a.m.
